Great win in immigration court last Friday. Client, a legal permanent resident, was charged with possession of marijuana. Client was given deferred adjudication for 6 months and successfully completed all the requirements to get the case dismissed. Immigration Services placed client in proceedings to remove him to his native country after returning from trip abroad. After submitting a convincing packet, the Immigration Judge granted our cancellation of removal application and the Client is able to remain in the U.S. and continue his Bachelor of Engineering program.

I am a legal assistant at Carrazco Law in Tustin, CA. I am sending a client to you who wants to bond out two friends, Salvadorans, who were recently apprehended and are being detained in Houston. Once, they bond out, we will transfer their cases to Los Angeles. I don’t have their names and the contact will be calling me very soon so I will be giving them your main number.
